Free intro practice!

Welcome to our free intro practice!

Are you keen on trying out a new sport, or want to get back intoto old rugby shape? We welcome all students, boys and girls, experienced or never held a rugby ball, to a fun day with us. We will introduce some basic skills in rugby and just have a good time. We have booked a room at the Sagene clubhouse after practice so we can all get togehter for some snack and social!

We will meet at the old astro turf by Oslo Skatehall at Voldsløkka.
